Her book on crisis media management, The Four Highly Effective Stages of Crisis Management: How to Manage the Media in the Digital Age was released in critical acclaim in May, 2011.

Kelly-Ann F. Clarke
Kelly-Ann is a Partner at Greer, Herz & Adams and is well-versed on diversity issues facing American law firms today. She talked to us about a report that gave poor grades to 18 of 20 big law firms with offices in Dallas regarding their hiring and retention of minority lawyers. She’s speaking to the Dallas Bar Association on November 29, 2012 on diversity issues.

Watch the full episode here!

Please note: We experienced some minor technical difficulties throughout this week’s episode, namely a minor echo of our voices through Jane’s computer as well as the silent appearance and disappearance of Kelly-Ann until we got (and kept) her online for the final segment of the show. We apologize for these interferences and are working hard to refrain them from happening again. We’re always doing a delicate balancing act to showcase great guests who, like us, are still learning this new technology of Google Hangouts on Air. Thanks for your understanding and know that we truly appreciate our viewers’ continued support.
