Rich Klein, president of Rich Klein Crisis Management and Rich Social Media, has 30 years of experience in journalism and public relations. He is the founder of the Crisis Communication Network on Ning.com, a resource for reputation management and founded The Crisis Show in June 2012.
Klein has written numerous articles and spoken before legal and business groups about crisis communications, media relations and social media.
A former reporter and editor, Klein started blogging in 2004 and has been a social media/tech addict since its inception. His passions are fighting bigotry, practicing Jeet Kune Do and Reiki, cooking and shooting/editing online video.
