Episode #60 of The Crisis Show, recorded January 22, 2014, examined how two companies -- Freedom Industries and International Nutrition -- failed crisis management basics in the aftermath of their respective crisis situations.   Host Rich Klein of Rich Klein Crisis Management in New York was joined by Gerald Baron of Agincourt Strategies

CORRECTIONS: In our intro, we incorrectly identified one of the companies as Freedom International. It is, in fact, Freedom Industries. We also misspoke in our intro about casualties in the water contamination incident caused by chemicals leaked from Freedom Industries. Thankfully, there were no deaths reported from the water contamination incident in West Virginia. However, in the building collapse at International Nutrition in Omaha, two people died and 17 were reportedly injured. We regret these errors and wanted to set the record straight.
